Courses

Use of Courses:

All courses and content are the property of Divine Ascension LLC. Course content may only be used in the manner of personal use. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Camille & Divine Ascension LLC. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course. As a course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are included in the course dashboard. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the course, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course, login and password, recordings, references, links or any other materials. By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree that live sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing replays, enhancing program materials, or future educational use. If you choose to participate in live sessions by enabling your camera or microphone, you consent to being recorded and grant Camille and Divine Ascension the right to use such recordings, including your image, voice, and contributions, as part of the program content. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may participate by keeping your camera and microphone turned off and using the chat function instead. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the course

Course Access: Only course registrants have access to the course dashboard

Refunds for Courses: Registrants may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once a course has been joined, refunds are not available

Effective Period: Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted, however, registrant may be removed from course at any time if policies have been abused

Email Opt-In: I understand that in purchasing or opting into any offer, whether free or paid, that I agree to being added to the email list for the purpose of receiving information related to the offer, as well as other related offers

Intellectual Property Rights:

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Camille and Divine Ascension LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of this website or its materials without prior written permission from Camille and Divine Ascension LLC.

    You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Using, adapting, or repurposing any of the materials, frameworks, or language presented here for your own business, website, or social media content is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

All course materials, coaching frameworks, written guides, videos, slides, downloads, and other resources provided through Divine Ascension LLC are the exclusive property of Divine Ascension LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

Enrollment in a course or program grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access and use the materials for your own personal learning and development only.

You agree not to share, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of these materials for commercial purposes or for use in your own coaching, consulting, or content creation business without express written consent from Divine Ascension LLC.

Any unauthorized use of these materials, including but not limited to publishing, teaching, or reselling similar programs based on this content, will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Divine Ascension LLC reserves the right to remove access to any course or program and pursue appropriate legal remedies if a participant is found to be reproducing, distributing, or misusing the company’s intellectual property or content in any form. 

 

1:1 Coaching Services

The services provided by Camille are generally conducted via Zoom. 1:1 coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help the client identify and achieve her personal development goals. In coaching conversations, Camille will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach. Please note that life coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and will not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

Coaching Confidentiality

Camille fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with her Clients. At no time will Camille voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between herself and her Clients without vocal permission from the Clients, unless required to do so by law.

 

Coaching Session

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled and no refund, reschedule available one time. 

 

Cancellations & Reschedules

All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours prior to appointment. If session is not rescheduled or canceled no refunds, and a new session will need to be booked. (Monthly package cancellations determined upon request) 

To reschedule or cancel, visit mydreamlifeascension.com, login to your account, navigate to “My Products”, select your coaching package, then click on the session you have scheduled. Once you are here, you may click “reschedule” or “cancel”
